Midas

I had my SUV towed to Midas on West Patrick in Frederick as it had stopped running. Q was quick to diagnose that it was my alternator and work very with her supplier to have one ordered and replaced. I have been going there for over 20 years and the manager Dave has always been excellent with their service.

Highly recommended! I brought my car to Midas for suspension work and had a great experience from start to finish. The customer service representative at the front desk was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding, taking the time to answer all of my questions. They never tried to upsell me and even allowed me to bring my own part, which I really appreciated. Best of all, they completed the work exactly as promised and had my car ready within a day. Overall, it was an honest, professional, and hassle-free experience.

Was on my way home with 2 hours to go when tire light went on. The folks at Midas fit me in, identified the problem quickly and got me back on the road safely in short time. Shout out to Lindsey for her excellent professionalism and efficiency. She got me set up quickly, provided clear explanation and I felt very reassured that I was in good hands. Thanks for a job well done!

Five stars for Midas Frederick! I came in for a rotor replacement and they did a fantastic job. Quick turnaround, fair pricing, and very professional staff. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

I had a great experience at this shop. The staff was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything without trying to upsell or pressure me. It’s really hard to find a trustworthy place to get your car serviced these days, and I’m genuinely happy I found this one. The work was done right, pricing was fair, and I left feeling confident about my car. Highly recommend!
